 Hi! My name is Larry Schmitz. I was a
broker in St. Louis, Missouri, for 26 years. I bought my own rental and
rehab properties, which I worked on during "off" hours from teaching in
the St. Louis school system. During our summer months off, my
wife and I would pile our kids in the travel trailer and make excursions to sunny, warm destinations in search of the "perfect" spot. When
we hit Anna Maria Island, we ended our search! We bought our first
condo here in 1989. From that point on, I began my lifelong dream/quest to live
in paradise, spending every summer, break, and weekend getaway here! I
am now a full-time resident, having retired from the St. Louis school system and started
my career in real estate here in paradise two years ago!
