"We happened upon Anna Maria Island and found our forever place!  We left the snowy state of Colorado in hopes of finding a small beach town with white sand and turquoise  blue waters.  Locals told us to seek out Sue after our first visit when we knew we wanted to buy our perfect home here.  We were impressed that she took the time to listen to exactly what we were in the market for, and within moments we were looking at homes and found our perfect one that first day. Sue's real estate savvy and love of her island made our experience one we will always cherish.  We were very fortunate that the first real friend we made on the island that day was Sue Carlson.  Anna Maria Island is just what we were looking for,  we think of it as "Mayberry goes to the Beach.....in Color"

Dave and Trish Kruger found thier first dream house on Anna Maria Island in 2004, after renting on the island for several winters.

Sue sold them their first house, then found them their FINAL dream home this year (2008), located at 56th Street, a Emily Anna Smith designed waterfront home. 

 Sally and Julie (above) bought the Krugers' first dream house, and have made it their dream home now.
